Host a Yoga Event

Host a private yoga party, great for fundraisers, birthdays and gatherings. this is a two hour session which includes 45 minutes of yoga asanas, followed by a meditation.
 $120 Plus travel charges.

Love guiding yoga to lessen anxiety and fear, raise personal awareness and acceptance, encouraging peace by creating a safe place for participants to feel welcome and free to express feelings and of course laughter to feel joy.   
Children's Yoga
​for ages 5 and up, I teach breath work and poses that build self esteem, team work and self love.
Encouraged to bring a yoga mat, bottle of water, blanket and if you like a pillow and yoga blocks. 
No need for a "yoga outfit" just wear comfy clothing,
A sweatshirt or long sleeve t-shirt with
sweatpants or leggings are best.
 
​Welcome all levels of yoga as
classes will always be beginner level.
