I love guiding yoga to lessen anxiety and fear, raise personal awareness and acceptance,
encourage peace by creating a safe place for participants to feel welcome and free to express feelings which include laughter to experience joy. Come alone or with friends. You will make friends and feel welcome. Adult event is about 90 minutes - includes an opening chat, Breath work, 45 minutes of yoga (asana) followed by (savasana) a meditation and a closing discussion. Goat yoga events are about an hour Children's sessions are an hour includes breath work followed by yoga (asana) ending a meditation. PLEASE LEAVE YOUR INHIBITIONS AT THE DOOR! |

What to bring:
A yoga mat, bottle of water, a blanket, a pillow and if you like - yoga blocks. (I do have a couple mats that I will let you borrow for class.) No need for a "yoga outfit" just wear comfy warm clothing, a sweatshirt or long sleeve t-shirt is best with sweatpants or leggings are best. Come as you are! Welcome all levels of yoga as this is a beginner level class. |
