Honored to become your teacher. The first Degree is all about connecting to the energy, learning to develop your sensitivity to the flow of energy, working on yourself to develop your ability as a channel and to enhance self-healing. Standard training begins with a level I course, which is mainly perceived to be for personal use, followed by Level 2, which is the basic level for professional practice.
Students will Learn the history of Reiki Group discussions and meditations Receive an initiation (also called an attunement) to connect to reiki energy Have hands on practices Receive your Reiki I certification To prepare for this class You may wish to eat lighter, healthy meals inviting nurishment to you body 24 - 48 hours prior to class limiting caffiene and excluding alcohol intake and by drinking 64 ounces of water. Please wear comfortable clothing such as sweat pants and a t-shirt or apparel you would wear at a fitness center. Call me with any questions, 585.230.0363.
